CREATOR TRACK · DAY 4 OF 5

Repurpose One Piece Five Ways

The highest-leverage content workflow for creators. One source, multiple formats, Claude handles the transformation.

Creating from scratch every time is the hard way

Most creators treat every piece of content as a new creation. New topic, new angle, new draft. That's exhausting and it leaves most of your best material on the table.

Your best ideas deserve more than one format. A strong article has three LinkedIn posts inside it. A 30-minute talk has a newsletter issue, a Twitter thread, and a summary guide.

Claude makes repurposing fast enough to actually do consistently.

One source, five formats

Start with one strong piece of content you've already created — an article, a talk, a detailed email, a long post.

Run these five prompts in your Brand Vault Project (so Claude knows your voice):

Format 1 — LinkedIn post

Extract the single strongest insight from this content and turn it into a LinkedIn post. Under 200 words. My voice. End with a question. Don't summarize — make one point well.

Format 2 — Newsletter section

Turn the main argument of this content into a newsletter section. 150-250 words. Conversational. Include one concrete example. End with one actionable takeaway.

Format 3 — Twitter/X thread

Turn this into a 5-tweet thread. Tweet 1 is the hook. Tweets 2-4 are the key points. Tweet 5 is the takeaway or CTA. Each tweet under 280 characters.

Format 4 — Short summary

Summarize this into 3 bullet points. Each bullet is one sentence. Focus on what's most useful to someone who won't read the original.

Format 5 — Follow-up post angle

What's the strongest counterargument or follow-up angle this content doesn't address? Give me a one-paragraph pitch for a follow-up piece.

What one piece becomes

One 800-word article → 5 pieces of content in about 20 minutes:

That's a week of content from one piece of thinking.

Pick one. Run all five prompts.

Find the strongest piece of content you've created in the last 3 months. Open your Brand Vault Project. Run all five prompts. You'll have a week of content in under 30 minutes.
