A Project that holds your voice, your examples, and your audience. Set it up once and Claude stops sounding generic forever.
A Brand Vault is a Claude Project you build once and use for every piece of content you create.
It holds three things: examples of your best writing (so Claude understands your tone), a description of your audience (so Claude knows who it's talking to), and your content rules (things you always do and never do).
Once it's set up, every content session starts with Claude already knowing how you write, who you're writing for, and what you care about. No more re-explaining. No more generic output.
Paste 3-5 pieces of your best existing content. LinkedIn posts, emails, articles — whatever sounds most like you. Label them: "These are examples of my writing voice."
Write 2-3 sentences describing your audience. Who are they? What do they care about? What problems are they trying to solve? Be specific. "Marketing professionals at mid-size B2B companies who are skeptical of AI hype but curious about practical use cases" is better than "marketers."
List what you always do and never do. Examples:
Before Brand Vault: "Write a post about productivity." → Generic output that could be from anyone.
After Brand Vault: Same prompt → Output in your specific voice, for your specific audience, following your specific rules.
The difference isn't the prompt. It's the context Claude is working from.
Build your Brand Vault today. You need: 3-5 writing examples, one paragraph describing your audience, and a short list of your content rules.
That's it. Once it exists, every content session gets better automatically.
